Follow the steps below to import an file of email addresses into Constant Contact. The
files can be formatted as Excel (.XLS), Comma Separated Value (.CSV), or Text (.TXT).
1. Export your contacts from the application you currently use to store and manage them
as an .XLS, .CSV or .TXT file.

Hotmail
Mac
Outlook
Outlook Express
QuickBooks 2008 Pro or Premier
Thunderbird
Windows Mail
Yahoo
2. Make sure your file is correctly formatted.
3. Log into Constant Contact and select the Contacts tab.
4. Click the "Add/Import" link under the "My Contacts" section.
5. Select or create a list and then click Next.
6. Select the "Import my list from a file on my computer" option and click Next.
7. Click Browse to locate the file on your computer.
8. Click Submit Data.
9. Read and check off the permission requirements.
10. Click Submit
