Creating a Sign-up link for MacMail
To create a newsletter signup URL:
1. Go to your website and locate the Constant Contact signup box.
Note: If you do not have a newsletter signup box on your website yet, click here.
2. Click the Go button without entering an email address and the Visitor Registration
page pops up.
3. Copy the URL that displays in the address bar of the browser. Although these URLs
are account-specific, your URL will look something like this:
http://visitor.constantcontact.com/optin.jsp?m=XXXXXXX&ea=&id=preview.XXXXXXX
4. Remove the red portion and the remainder is your signup form URL.
To add your signup form URL to your MacMail email signature:
1. In the main MacMail window, Click Mail.
2. Click Preferences. Click on New to open the Create New Signature window.
3. Click the Signatures tab.
Note: For this example, we'll create a new signature. To update an existing signature,
simply click on an existing signature and then continue as directed below.
4. Select a current signature or create a new signature. The Edit Signature window
opens.
5. In the Edit Signature window, type your signature text, including your invitation to
subscribe.

6. Highlight your invitation line, right-click and choose "Edit Link". The Hyperlink
window opens.
7. Type in your signup form URL.
8. Click OK.
9. Save your signature.
