Adding a Sign-up link to Outlook
To add a Constant Contact sign-up link to your MS Outlook email signature:
Microsoft Outlook 2003
1. Click My Settings > Site Visitor Signup.
2. Under Add a Signup Box to Your Website, click Start Wizard to generate HTML code.
3. Under Select a Signup Box Style, click Text Links > Next.
4. Click Next.
5. Click the Preview button located under the HTML Code box, a new window will display
the signup link.
6. Copy the signup link.
7. Open Microsoft Outlook.
8. Click Tools > Options.
9. Click Mail Format > Signatures.
10. Under Create Signature, click Edit.
11. Paste the signup link at the bottom of your signature.
12. Click OK to close the Edit Signature window.
13. Click OK to close the Create Signature window.
14. Click OK to close the Options window.
Microsoft Outlook 2007
1. Click My Settings > Site Visitor Signup.

6. Copy the signup link.
7. Open Microsoft Outlook.
8. Click Tools > Options.
9. Click Mail Format > Signatures.
10. Under Signatures and Stationary, click Edit.
11. Paste the signup link at the bottom of your signature and click OK.
12. Click OK to close the Signatures and Stationary window.
13. Click OK to close the Options window.
